Meet Claude
Claude is an AI assistant built by Anthropic. Use it to write, research, analyze, brainstorm, and learn on any project. It's the tool behind everything our club does.
Claude Code takes that further. It lives in your terminal, reads your project, and helps you plan, write, debug, and ship real software — even if you've never coded before.
Through the Claude API, you can also build Claude into your own apps. Our workshops walk you through all three, from your first prompt to your first deployed project.

Think it Through
The Claude Builder Club is a student-run community at Mizzou for anyone curious about building with AI. Undergrads, grad students, and every major are welcome, whether you write code every day or have never opened a terminal.
Good work starts with good thinking. At our meetings we talk through what AI can and can't do, where it fits into the things we study and care about, and how to use Claude to question our own ideas instead of just getting quick answers.
Along the way you get access to Anthropic resources and tools, hear from guest speakers, and meet other students who like to make things. Come to learn, share what you're working on, and see what the people around you are building.
